The therapeutic benefits of working with clay

This will be a fun, informal, small group course exploring the many benefits of using clay to improve our wellbeing.  We will work in a group of around six people for two hours each session.  Each week will build on social engagement, how creativity can support our feelings & emotions, mindfulness, peer support, self esteem and accomplishment all within a safe, welcoming space facilitated by Kerry James who is currently a student counsellor and the practice manager for YIC and also runs her own small business creating ceramics for therapeutic use.

There is no right way or wrong way of using clay, mistakes are easily squished and started again and you don't need any artistic talent to take part!
