MINDFULNESS CLUB

**Workshops, clubs and courses are currently on hold due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We are looking in to re-starting these in 2021 check back for updates**

Our Mindfulness club helps young people learn skills needed to support them to better regulate their own emotions and feelings.

 

During the 4 weeks young people learn a range of skills such as:

- Belly breathing

- Visualisation 

- Meditation

- Yoga

- Journaling

- Using our senses

- Affirmations

-and lots more  to help with successfully managing and coping with unhelpful feelings.

 

Our mindfulness club runs on demand. Get in touch to be put on to our waiting list.

The groups are small and never have more than 4 young people at a time to help the space feel safe and relaxed at all times.
